| Terms: |
| Unless otherwise negotiated, terms are Net 30 Days with approved credit. Accounts not settled within this time frame are subject to applicable interest
at the rate of 1 ¾% per month as allowed by law. All invoices are payable in US dollars. Purchasers who do not have an account with SASI may charge their
orders to VISA or MasterCard, prepay, receive their goods COD or make other arrangements by contacting our Accounts Receivable Department. Checks returned
for insufficient funds, or other reasons are subject to a $25.00 fee. |

| Shipping: |
| Product is shipped FOB Warehouse (you are responsible for shipping cost from our facility to yours) via the most economical carrier, unless otherwise
specified. If you require any special shipping or handling please notify us when placing your order. |
| Expedited delivery is available upon request. Additional freight charges shall apply. Use of your established carrier upon request. |

| Shipping Hazardous Products: |
| Products considered hazardous for shipping may require Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) or other special packaging or handling. Additional shipping
charges may apply. Call for specific details and charges. |

| Claims: |
| SASI takes great care in filling, checking and packaging your order. If however your merchandise is damaged during shipment please note the damage on
the delivery receipt and obtain an inspection report from the carrier immediately. |
| To return your merchandise, please contact SASI Customer Service within 30 days of the date of Invoice. No credit will be given unless return authorization
has been granted by SASI. Sealed products which have been opened or customized orders are not returnable unless found to be defective. |

| Limited Warranty: |
| Except as described in our SASI Customer Commitment there are no express warranties including, but not limited to, merchant ability and fitness for
a particular purpose. SASI shall not be subject to, and disclaims (1) any other obligations or liabilities arising our of breach of contract or of warranty;
(2) any obligations whatsoever arising under theories of law with respect to products sold or services rendered by SASI, or any undertakings, acts or omissions
relating thereto; and (3) all consequential, incidental and contingent damages whatsoever. |

| Force Majeure: |
| SASI shall not be deemed liable or in default of any delay or prevention in such performance here under if such delay or prevention
is caused by events beyond SASI’s reasonable control including, but not limited to, act of God, war, civil commotion, destruction of production facilities
or materials by earthquake, fire, flood or storm, labor disturbances, or failure of suppliers, public utilities or common carriers. |

| Minimum Orders: |
| While there is no minimum order requirements, SASI will, on order to defray processing costs, add $5.00 to all orders below $50.00. |

| Purchase Orders: |
| It is the responsibility of the individual placing orders with SASI to provide purchase order numbers if their agency requires such a number, or advance
authorization. SASI shall not be liable for the omission of such PO #’s unless given to us at the time of the order. |
